To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b) Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation email, clearly indicating the RAN.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
